- Established and successfully scaled a perioperative anemia clinic at UTSW in 2018, driving substantial revenue growth.
- Increased patient volumes by 600% and doubled revenue from FY21 ($25.65M) to FY22 ($53.23M).
- Led the implementation of efficient Patient Blood Management strategies, securing physician engagement and significantly reducing blood waste.
- Developed and expanded a new service line for infusion and ambulatory clinics across the DFW Metroplex, partnering with MPP/Vivo, Medix, and Paragon to strengthen the patient referral pipeline.
